As new owners of this heritage property, we are very pleased to welcome you to the Dune View Inn, our little corner of Paradise !

As a growing family with 4 beautiful children: James 7, Winston 5, Elizabeth 3, and our newest addition, Murray 4 months old it is important for us to live in a close knit Acadian community where people are friendly and strong family values are still a priority. The clean air and natural beauty of the Bouctouche area attracted us to this lovely inn, as did the charm and character of this magnificent property.

We opened our doors in June 2003, and our first summer was a true success. We look forward to celebrating the 400th anniversary of Acadia this coming summer, and we invite you to join us in music, dance and festivities.


Carson & Nicole

A brief background of Chef Carson Edwards,

Carson has worked in the food industry for over 20 years.  His attraction for the profession became evident at the young age of 6, when he took his first cooking class.  He continued his training in Montréal at the «Restaurant Desjardins», «Pavillon d'Atlantique» and Café Bojangles, a vegetarian restaurant.

Providence brought him to Moncton where he completed his culinary studies.  During his studies in Culinary Art he received the highest mark in his class and made the « Deans Honorary list ».  During this period, Carson also worked at CP Beauséjour Hotel in Moncton, and eventually became sous-chef at McGinnis Landing restaurant and banquet chef at the Ramada Inn Hotel.

Chef Carson, a specialist in his field, can transform an ordinary meal into an artistic

experience, with a dazzling and unique presentation style developed through years of culinary experience.  His favorite dishes are seafood and pastas!

A brief background of Nicole Edwards

Nicole, an Acadian from Moncton, has worked in customer service since the age of 14 as a waitress, cook and kitchen supervisor. She continued to work in customer service while completing her university studies. She has most recently been employed as a social worker.

Her pleasant personality and business acumen are a perfect complement to her partner's culinary expertise.
